#2 - New York
My wife and I just came back from a great trip to New York - What an incredible city. This was my first time there, and I enjoyed myself a lot. We stayed at our relative's in New Jersey and commuted to NYC (See how I am already using the abbreviation) every other day. Since I am a foodie, I will mention my out-of-this-world experiences,
Halal Guys - The best shawarma I have ever eaten.
Dominique Ansel's Bakery - I am from Europe, and Europeans can bake, but the products in this shop were divine.
But even just walking around in that city was so lovely, the 'Grandness' in everything, buildings, people, food, consumption and what not. As I was walking the streets, I was able to feel the spirit with which this city has been made. It oozes the will to be better, better than the whole world.
