#4 - Product Management

As I already mentioned in my first blog, I am trying to transition into Product Management. With my tech expertise and experience as a general manager, I am equipped to start my transition. No doubt, there is a lot for me to learn, but I am sure I will succeed. I have tried making some efforts for this, such as creating this website earlier this year. I have also started acquiring more knowledge about the practises and frameworks that companies implement in their own version. Additionally, I am looking for a way to work on an actual project to get my feet wet.

Any advice on how to go about the transition?
